Empires which have suffered a huge amount of losses automatically falls in to damage protection. While in damage protection, no other empire can attack this empire. This happens when:-
- an empire losses 1 or more colonies
- an empire losses a minimum of 50% of more of his fleet in a single battle
the manual says:
How do I go into damage protection?
You can go into damage protection in one of two ways:
a) If you loose 40% or more of your fleet in an attack on your empire
b) If you loose 3 or more colonies in an attack on your empire
so...hmm...which is it?
