Are GC and UC dieing?

I keep hearing how there are fewer and fewer players and that these games are dieing. Personally, I think that GC needs to rethink play balance and the UW thing as a goal for game play. Any thoughts on these questions?

newbies just like UC because you can beg and get pretty much anything you want. Maxing money and food is simple, as well as getting pretty much anything else, and planet count is in the millions, not dozens. Oh, and did I mention that it`s easy to do pretty much anything?

All it needs is for Stephen to do a mass advertisement campaign again. Back in the day him and mel used to spam votes on about thirty different sites so that it showed up as the most popular, but even then we were only getting 300 online at a time, nothing compared to the sudden burst of n00bs that flooding into UC..

2012 my frined if we calculate the mayan date 2012 according to it 2008 was 2012, aparantly for gc, from there it droped and is at the brick of distruction, which means that 2008 was going to put it down hahahahhahhaha
