There is other ship you could use a viral then the Lyth. Unless you want to spam fast...you have to pay the price. BUT It`s a nice missile ship...nice as spam as well(I know something about that lol )

Tyr is better than lyth offensively but not defensively.

lyth perob one of the best ships in the game atm, the only prob its its expensive but if your tax income than you shouldn`t be bothered by its cost

Guess you missed this line from my previous post.What I meant is,Lyth isn`t commonly used if you`re a Viral fighting at high PR. It`s still a very good ship,and often used by Virals till 50 mil PR . From my experience I dare say I haven`t seen A SINGLE viral spam Lyths above that. If you`ve got the economy of BadWolf or some other fat Viral,you might even spam it,but I doubt you`d prefer spamming Lyths instead of something cheaper and more efficient.

lyth is a very good ship! And keep in mind that the upkeep may be lowered.

Lyth is a good ship. Don`t listen to Lord. You just need to pay the right price for it. At higher PR if you have good economy it is very good spam ship. But in a stack it is not quite efficient, unless it is in the lower stacks and it is just a flanker with no ship against it in round 1(if you know what I mean).

After the latest Lyth nerf,I`d never ever use it again. I personally used it when fighting under 100m PR,but above that it`s no good. It`s a good ship though,but the new upkeep renders it useless at higher PR ( if you`re a viral). It`s always nice to have some lyths in your stacks in the form of flankers or dummies,but I wouldn`t use it unless the ocassion is special.
