another workaround hagios is to build enough scouts/fodder to hit 5k and then take a peek and drop back. I have played a collective at 4999 before, and I just build one fodder to get my look and then dump it.

You can work in multiple tabs in your browser to preserve your peek and be up for only 5 seconds, usually not enough time for someone to notice and attack.

Then carefully plan your surprise in the safety of newbie protection, build the appropriate fleet, and there you have it.

It`s done that to me before as well.

Here`s a simple workaround, it will always work, but it will take you to the bottom of the out of np list every time.

As you can imagine, adjust 5000 to whatever pr you like and see empires above that pr. :)

Hagios it`s been like that since forever (there are some weird times you can see but usually you can`t). But you got a good point...

It should be possible to see whats above, after all, it`s not-smart building to above 5k pr just to see if there are any targets lol

Actually he can attack someone below 5k if the person he were to attack was doing a UW.

below 5k is newbie zone which mean u cant attack and people cant attack you too...
