how do i stack ships

hey how do i stack my ships in a certain order? is it just i build them in the order or can i rearrange them?

The PR of each stack determines the order. You will always find the stack with most PR at top.

For the order for the stacks, you shall consider the following stats of your ships.

Dmg/PR
hull/PR
Range
Retal or no retal

and a bunch of other characteristica.
