Military speaking, it is questionable between Russia and USA(I can see the rant from the Americans now but you should know that Russia has superior technology than USA in many areas - e.g. Artillery, Tanks etc).

Economically speaking, yes, USA is center of the world. But that is just because too many people live in one country, otherwise it is EU. In the not so distant future it will be China.

Politically speaking is just the logical outcome of the previous two.

Well, the English speaking lot technically are the center of the world. =P
