What are the best ships now?

i`d have to say the topaz is a beast for guards, only real ship that owns missiles spams and lyths

Zen is nice,
But Pike is good too

Nothing beats a fodder spam. Two stacks of fodder + 8 dummies = super mega win.

Zen is good... But pike still wins the awesome ship award of the year, 6 years running.

well guards definitely got pimped up the most ... the amethyst is a very good ship for example.

In my opinion, the best race-paid-ship is the hunzen ... but sad that slower servers won`t see it much (I think it needed the 25k turns like the hunxe).

Terrans rule with the longest range ships in the game. 5 different ships with 9+ range if you are paid.

guards can be powerful on tb servers however to be good you need to play them a lot to get a nice empire setup before they can own with the ranks with high br, so its kinda like a tradeoff, slower starting up and longer to get a great empire running but in the long run you will have a big advantage on tb, depends how committed you are really

On rt they`re pretty much balanced. Just pick a race that fits your playstyle.

It depends a lot on the server, and your purpose.

At turnbased: If you want to fight at low PR, where BR doesn`t matter, I would say virals have the best ships. If you want to control the ranks, Guardians are very hard to fight.

At RT i think the ships are more equal. Though i do think overall that the ships that you can kill most turns with in the shortest amount of time is Flourite.

lol, well it depends on who u are fighting, cause i mean it would be ignorant to consider lets say k.hunli to be the best, cause thor could beat it, coll have really good ships, i would say almost all races are balanced i believe.
