i think that there should be ranks in the feds that the leader can give also maybe medals also i think that the fed should have fleet that each members donates so in times of fed wars that fleet is used to fight

i`m going to hate myself for this, but for once I agree with Renegade.
things like fed flags, being able to set lieutenants to have access to web pages and kicking and accepting players while the leader is away are a couple of features i`d like to see on GC that UC currently enjoys.
A more simplified access to the federation page in game, and the discussion board options also exists there which some might find a little nicer.
Something that neither has is a set of stats that soley exist for the federation you are in, perhaps listing most active battle person to least active for example, along with our current top planets/low planets one that we currently have.

Pft. Some of the uc fed stuff is good. A lot of it is bad. Bring the good stuff =D leave the bad. and he means towards a fed fleet =D

To me this sounds like you want UCs whole fed thing moved across.
I think different ranks is ok if it is useful but i think that medals is a gimmick really that wont add to gameplay in any way and that there are more important things to be changed/added if an update happened.
Finally i dont like the idea of people giving fleet to other members of your fed during a war, fighting on gc is an individual skill and i think it should stay that way
