No... this is not some ship design Suggestion again :).

Its about Guardian able to use Reward system.

All im trying to say.. Give us Guardian some way to fix a capture planet loyalty.

Imagine a 24k C2 with 22 loyalty... for guardian, its very painful to see u know.

I already count all the misson that give us loyalty as a reward. Its around 1200 loyalty

So Stephen u can CAP Guardian loyalty to 1200.

Guardians don`t have loyalty because they shouldn`t get much money because they are a HARD race. You will have to live with no loyalty. If you want more money, restart as another race.

Gaurd loyalty would be awesome, but its not going to happen because Gaurd would be too powerful.

just imagine a race that doesn`t need food gets lots of taxes from the people and has excellent ships. thats why gaurd have a -ve multiplier on pop tax and they don`t get loyalty
