by selling minerals or food, if you cant sell anything any more and your debt is great than the income you make per turn, might be time to restart.
Check your income page, if the numbers say negative, then you will be losing money and going further into debt, if it says positive in the end, then you will be gaining some money and in the long run out of debt.
