lol mate that is nothing special.. i remmber after my syspension and force restart i logged in was at 5k pr.. and was uber stacked for high pr.. basicly 10 mill pr vs some collective who hit me.. all ships had 0.pr:)

1500 PR usually means they haven`t logged in since last UW. A fleet could still be there. I agree with Crazy though. Ought not be this way.

come on now reinforcements shouldnt be sent while suspended, frozen or VMing.

Well i guess PeacefulWar will get FREEBIE wins alot until someone fixes this.
