oops my bad, i was always told that no-one can do the special missions.

The Kalzul Overmind project(UW) is a special mission. Attempting this is not recommended until you have a very strong empire and some good allies.
It is 48 hours where the entire server can hit you without pr restrictions and the person attempting can only get 1 hour Damage Protection. If the player is beaten below 500k pr or hit to below 3 colonies the uw is over.
Successful completion gets you on the winners list
