Depends on your race, Commercial steady income. Food for a fluctuation of trade in the market, Tax if your wanting to make alot bucks, but pay the prices thru buying lots of food to stay alive churning decent cash.
If you ask me, if your terran, its best to go either food or commercial, tax isnt as great for terran, unlike aspha :)
