this was earlier today and now he is at 70 million like its no big deal? so let me get this striaght he can pick and choose when he freezes himself out of random or when he doesnt have borders????

or it could be the fact i wiped his entire fleet out by mistake while he was offline and out of dp.

but hell before we investigate the matter privately lets kick off like a little sissy pants and accuse him of cheating , flame the help center and basicly make oneself look like a stuck up fool.

with that attitude of yours its no loss even if you left the game itself.
