well as you can see its pretty blunt
1. no building ships , disbanding your ships is fine
2. no building scouts , starbases. to keep this new player friendly if your empire is new ( 0-2 days old , scouts and exploring will be excused )
3. no atacking other players
4. no exploring exception in red font above
5. anyone who does any of the above will be suspended without question as from when the banner was added , if you didnt read my big red banner then im sorry but you will be treated the same as someone deliberately breaking the rules and punished in over the top extreem ways such as force restart.
6. anyone who is atacked by another while the banner is up will get 100% compensation , if your empire dies we WILL revive it. if your worried you can PM me or BrokenSwords GC RT and have your account frozen ( i ask only empires with loyalty such as guardians or tax empires on there boarders / out in the open to die )
7. all empires will be frozen / placed within 24-48 hours of damage protection before atacking or building ships will be allowed. so other than loyalty on boarder issues please do not request a freeze
8. enjoy your out of dp bonus money income untill the issue is resolved.
so now the bluntness is over. the reason`s for this will be explained once ste fixes it , to save us the job of blacklisting people who decide to try
i ask your patience and understanding in this issue and hope ste will fix it soon.
i can understand some people will want to flame even after knowing that your getting 24-48 hours of freedom from the battlefield but please do your best not too.
also forgot to mention , anyone you see building up the ranks or such , please report them to me and brokenswords , this goes for turnbased also.
also forgot to mention no launching the ultimate weapon ^_^
