Ok, i like the per turn income of a tax race but i don`t like the heavy additional Pr that u have to carry, its annoying to have to go really high so that ur 200k base PR doesn`t matter! lol

its 3 from each race, yes agri virals would make cash from selling food on the market.
As a personal recommendation it would be best for you to try out each race for some time till you find one you like

Honestly, depends on playing style, but yes paid is great for virals, since it takes one to play one unless you did and UW successfully, 2, you can play marauder and guard, which isnt as great on RT, but on slower servers its a blast for a bit.

There are no different projects for a paid account
Either agri viral or tax viral is probably closest to what you asked for there, you get to choose 3 ships from a.miner, terran and maru to reverse engineer so that you can build them.
Planets need to be infected as viral(assimilated for collective) for you to use them

A paid account increases your turn generation and your turn capacity to 45(on rt) this can be a deciding factor when fighting. It also allows to use things such as the out of dp filter as well as a filter for people you have counters on.
It increases your chances of finding large planets and artifacts when you dig on planets.
If you play alot and plan to continue then it is probably worth it for you.
The best race depends on how you want to play. But the strongest race is viral
although i prefer to play as guard
