disband all of ur ships nd start researching that is how i payed my debt from
-21,000,000 to more than 300,000,000 which i used in the capsule lab thing

well if you dont have anything to sell on the market to get you out , all you can do is restart under the options menu
but for atempting to get out
1. stop using turns
2. disband any fleet you have
3. sell things on the market to cover your debt
4. ask your slave master for tribute ( if you have one )
