I Think Its Great
G Class should have lower upkeep than traditional A mIner ships as it incorporates advanced Guardian techniologies.
As far as star bases go the changes are very reasonable as a very rich miner could spam lako and hoko quite high up at current upkeep.
With exception of G class I think all Miner ships should be 1:1 power to upkeep. Keeps it simple and fair.
