power ranking

after the UW went off on the fast sever, I could not get my power to go under 9000 with 2 crab planets and no ships at all and at the time I asked for help I could not get any. I would really like an admin to fix this problem and bring me back to where I was..............

lol... can`t see that coz can`t intel, since s/he is not in GCRT... so i`m just guessing in general/common situation... :)

IF you`re saying that 2 crab planets are excluding the HW... 3 planets will give you at least base PR at 3k... unless you`re having 2 u.class planets (except u.rich) with full infras, it might push your PR at 9k...

IF still it doesn`t fit the profile above, just wait for any admin to help you...
