I say bare minimum for food is ten p/u...
I refuse to sell any lower, as i do have to make profit otherwise can`t afford a fleet to engage and expand...
I make nothing compaired to a tax empire, however have cheaper upkeep for collective ships but it`s crab for other races ships)...
As this is a problem, not making enough profit, it effects expansion!!
So listenup, all those who are agri...
A rich collective = expanding collective = more food on the market supplied = more competition to sell
=/=
cheaper food = less profit = less expansion
I think 10 p/u should be the minimum....
We do not underpost 10p/u under no circumstances as the profit margin compaired to other incomes styles e.g. tax/comm is crab...

i agree with Vamp. if we keep undercutting each other, we`re killing our own bread and butter, no pun intended, though feel free to laugh. If we keep posting at ridiculously high prices, very few, like Grad said, will want to buy. Let`s just do each other a favor and keep it at 10

well im poor so i need money lolz once i get money and decent u.fert i post low.
10 is decent. I`ve never seen a problem with selling at 10. When it starts going up due to people actually using it, i`ll keep it at 10. But like recently, people were buying it out just to kill taxers, i`ll just post moderately high if i need some extra - they`ll usually buy it.
Or how about you agri empires post as low as you need to go to sell the food, and I`ll love you forever :D That being said, I find 10 reasonable and would buy it at that price any day of the week. It`s when it hits over 20-25 that i pack it up and wait for it to drop before playing again.
