If the guy put his request in the post and mara hasn`t gotten around to fixing him then he should be allowed to use his ship.

and i dont recall mentioning suspension , ill just erase anyone using D class`s shiplist and fleet with it.

fleet restoration , protection , turn compensation , 5 of the ships they want , WONT be given.

It clearly states, you can use D class up until the 2nd of August ;)

"D class will be banned from use on the 1st of Aug , no excuses to anyone caught building them , they wont get compensation."
theres a thread lower down the list with the same complaint. they still have a few days, let them have their last laugh before Mara drops the hammer. :o)
