Im assuming terran:
Investing in more commercial land or commercial research.
Or
Invest in more agriculture land and agriculture research.
Sell food on market to get cash.
your choice, you want a stable income go commercial, but if you want a fluctuating market, go food terran. Food has to be sold 4 or higher to make more cash than a commercial terran.
