With the competion of the construction of the Loktar, you must wait 48 hours for it to fuse together with the Hektar project. Only when fused together can the Overmind Project can be activated. The artifact glows in a reddish color surrounded by strange colors while the artifact charges up. Of course before you can make use of this weapon, all other Empires in the galaxy will have a chance to destroy the Overmind Project before it can be fused together.

hmm guess i should start hitting with guard ships again they would eat up those maru and f class ships, except we useless vs 3 out of 4 of thier d class bases
