ya I just restarted my empire now Im the collective. What do I do to economically balance by empire?

if you are on GC:RT contact Zenith, he is the best collective on that server atm.
and he has several guides writen about how to play them and how to kill them lol. VERY helpful for when ur starting out and when u have gotten set up and need to know what hte next step may be

Ah thanks. Actually before anyone posted I got out of debt. now i need Rutile and composite to begin.

Selling food and Plunder colony that are `useless` but always remember that you cant explore, so always need border
