im contructing the overmind project when ive done that and there fused together and the game ends does everyone on the server have to restart?

yeah but you have to survive 48 hours of everyone no matter what PR being allowed to attack you as stated before so good luck.

no,its not a restart each empire will lose about 90% of whatever they have that can be purchased through the market,fellow empires in your fed may lose less.
colonies will not be affected or anything that you research and afterwards everyone will get special dp for 24 hours, the uw is used to level the playing field a bit and sometimes more than one may be needed although it can be a subject of much debate and can cause wars or alliances

first, you need to compelte the whole 48...and after all player lose 90% of ressource and ships, and fedmate lose 66,6%
