i wasnt a huge fan of his music but you gotta admit the earth song, smooth crim inal and thriller were all amazing songs

i wasn`t into The Jackson 5 but the first song that hooked me up on MJ was Thriller... it was scary at first (what do you all expect? i was a kid at that time... lol), funny and catchy at that time... too bad his songs were not up to the par after Smooth Criminal... as for me, i couldn`t be bothered what he`s doing on his personal or spare time... lol...

overall... some of us surely missed one of the entertainment`s icons that managed to change the industry...

THe next person that makes a comment that isnt along the lines of "It`s a shame hes dead, he was a good pop singer" can have a suspension.
This forum is not for you to run around talking disrespectfully about michael jackson. Im not his biggest fan, heck i didn`t even like his music but its not happening here.
Also it is good to remember that not only was he found not guilty of the charges, he was found innocent so if you want to michael jackson bash kindly take it elsewhere.

oh wow. Reading this on the news too. Apparently died of a heart attack at age 50.

Also, don`t believe everything the news says cuz they never have the whole story. It`s all about the severity of the charge, not the truthiness of the situation. The case was settled only to avoid a very costly lawsuit which would have ended up costing even more than the settlement itself EVEN if Jackson was innocent and it was all a big misunderstanding (or the family saw an opportunity to get settlement money from him and jumped on it).

The facts will never really be known since it`s Jackson`s word vs some little kid`s word who could easily be influenced coached by the parents to say bad stuff against Jackson.
