It is the opinions of myself and others that Stephen needs to put some time into finishing 3700 AD. The game has so much potential, yet it has no work done on it while other games such as UC and GC get attention. It`s not very logical to continue spending time and energy updating games that are already finished and have established player bases when other games that are not even finished yet wait for updates.
Possible solutions:
1. Make the link for 3700 AD just as big as the ones for UC and GC. Otherwise you will never get the player base necessary to run the game.
2. Fix some bugs and add the features that have been "coming soon" for the last few years.
3. Advertise it on game sites just like UC and GC gets advertised.
4. Make new features available to encourage paid accounts to maintain the game.
5. Get volunteers who wish to contribute to maintaining the game such as moderators and developers. (I will volunteer to be a guide on it if needed)
I can get others to sign a petition list if more voices are necessary. Also, I will probably think of more additions to the list as I go.
