Paid Accounts

GC needs money for obvious reasons. The reason why i make this thread is to discuss the possibilities of changing the way paid accounts works.

I hate the fact that you get in game advantages by paying some amount of real money. 15% more turns and now some extra ships. I don`t think it needs to be done this way. Maybe it is just because i`m getting older, but i don`t like to use cheats in computer anymore either.

Anyway. Here are some suggestion i think would make paid accounts much more attractive:

1. extended statistics
- When you click at an empire, you shall be able to see how many times you`ve lost and won, and to view the past fleets of this empire.

2. Upload your own logo, that people sees when they click on you empire. It is great to be able to personalize you empire. Maybe being able to write some text describing you empire

3. Being able to see how many attacks from different feds you and your fed gets.

4. Save history of an empire, like previous memberships at different federations.

There is a lot of options. I know much of this is probably not possible without stephen. However i think this would be the better way to make paid accounts.

there is one feature i like from uc, underppls names it shows how long they have of dp also it would be nice to have a number of counters left next to each person who has one

anfits a far better solution than ste in most cases , your idea`s sound useless to me though

nothing personal but i wouldnt pay a penny for that stuff

even if you want to do this. Andf on`t want to use anfit for it. you need 1 other person who hasn`t been giving a rat`s a.ss for this game in over 4 years now.

Unless he comes back to upgrade GC, we only get new ships with special thanks to Mara and his team.

I don`t think anfit is the solution for several reasons. This is meant as additions to paid accounts, that don`t give in game advantages. I don`t think some add on to firefox is a good solution, for making these paid acounts, as this would require everyone to download some extra software.

Just came up with another think i think would be nice to view on paid accounts. Its a pain in the behind to scroll through to battle log and see who has counters on you. It would be nice to be able to get a list with those people, and maybe add how long the counter has left on it as well.
