Background: Travvivian should remember this. During loof`s first UW on slow I got a little... silly. And I started telling stories. While I cannot find the outcome of that story telling session that he so enjoyed... he is a random one based on my friend`s boyfriend getting into a car accident. I hope you enjoy... or at least, groan really really loudly. :D I apologize in advance for any errors, I wrote this in an msn conversation window on the fly as I went.
"He must go to jail! Away with the fiend! Hang him I say!" The mob that suddenly appears to witness jeers and catcalls, shouting out a steady cadence of "hang him!".
But along comes a well dressed man with silver streaking his hair, who surreptitiously gives the accused his business card, then turns and faces the angry mob to shout, "No, do not hang him! He is merely an innocent casual casualty to a much greater problem! We must tear down the institution of driving! That is the true culprit here! Do not be so hard on this poor fellow, he is not to blame."
The crowd looks at each other for a bit, some of their murderous intentions mollified somewhat, unsure what to do. The instigator, in true anger, jumps up and shouts, "Well, someone must pay... HANG THE LAWYER!" The crowd, it`s blood lust to be sated, roars it`s agreement, while in the background music begins to play saying `burn the witch`.
Thus, everybody gathers around and burns the lawyer. As his last breath escapes him there opens up an abyss at his feet and the devil himself comes out and drags him down to hell.
The moral of the story? Lawyers are evil.
