How come my loyalty for all of my planets are getting lower?

Concerning food, dont trust the statistics of your food reserves. The turn runs like: You first eat, then you starve to death if the food does not suffice for the population, then the next crop comes in. So even if your food stock is not 0, you can starve
loyalty drops when you run out of food , make sure your population dont run out of food and it wil lstop dropping
theres also a possability that someone has atacked you with artifacts , but this is less likely and can be checked using empire events page
