I am planning to research on capsule lab but i dont know how to use it.. can anyone help? all i know is it is used to create artifacts. are there requirements for it?

i think it is, 600 turns to research. then another 550 turns, and 250million cash. then you have to put the correct artifacts into the lab to create new artifacts. use the useful links thread to find the forumlas for the artifacts
