option to set account to not be able to attack anyone, and to have protection to never be attacked. Never able to turn this off until you restart.

This would be an awesome option because i hate having to prepare myself incase i lose my stuff, i just want to research and manage planets to pass time. This game would be so much more fun if you could have a choice to be in a war or not.
