Your still using turns, your so deep in debt at the minute that even with all your minerals and everything you have you cant get out of debt.
Just accept it and restart your empire on the options page.

im sure somebody will use artifacts on you if you wait patiently.

One thread is sufficient to ask for help.
If you are in debt disband all fleet, stop using turns, sell everything you have in the market.
then wait until everything has sold, and if your still in debt after that then use 1 turn to see if you make positive credits. If you do research your way back into positive cash, and if not you will need to have someone use artifacts on you or you will have to restart.
