Shortage of CGs

Ive noticed lately that there has been plenty of minerals on the market really more then anyone can buy however there are never any consumer goods on the market. When ever a player posts 999mil of them they are gone instantly. Its hard to buy any. Does anyone sell them anymore. It would be great if you would post some. It would be nice if empires didnt buy all 999mil either leave some for us little guys. lol at least 200 mil
