please pleas tell me how to get ore out of store house and use it

what exactly do you mean by store house, i dont want to answer your question the wrong way
if it is in the planet, then you need to mine it, if it is on the market, you need to buy it first
but if it is in your stores, simply build any building, and it will automatically use the ore needed to build the infrastructure, given that you have enough (1 ore for 1 unit of infrastructure of any type)
