hmm, interesting bug then, have you tried the other possibility of logging out and then relogging back in and retrying to attack?

no i plundered 2 clusters knowing it would give me 2 just like it says right now.. then i try to attack and it says my empire has recently dies how does that happen

Hmm apparently not as your 64 days old, try relogging in, probably a bug in the server, not on your end

hmm, could be a server problem with refreshing, Did you die recently, like in the past 30 or so mins?
Try relogging in a few times, that might get it out of the dead loophole.
