AND096 ..

i agree with gronoria`s answer, and i think i see what ano is trying to say.

to get more planets with ore, you will need to battle or explore for them, if you have a low planet count under 10 for example exploring is the cheaper option only takes a few scouts and you don`t have to worry (if you are in damage protection already) about being attacked.

then you would mine those planets of their ore, plunder them and explore again.

do remember that all ships require upkeep for every turn you take, so when you have enough planets and don`t need the scouts anymore while ore mining, disband them if you cant` afford to keep them and sink a few turns in research to mine the ore off.

but one will have much money (above of 1 000 000) and problems of income, market. $10 000 for unit of pray (less recommended however faster). If it will not have these problems is better it buys scouts and it explores (it consumes turns, but is free). Later, if to want can erase the new planets (more lost money) or keep them. However this would demand more prays.

you can mine it out of your planets, you`ll need a few units of mining infrastructure on a planet that contains ore.
