i always post at 3 under the normal selling price :)
No, cheap is the ballance between tax virals/terrans getting more money than agri empires for instance. The perfect balance is 9-10. Everyone is happy. But that is just my opinion gotten from a lot of experience around.

who said so?...like how can u tell wether its cheap or not? so mins are cheap at 300 each? and 1000 is max price?

Cheap is 3-4. 6-10 if selling is alright.

that is not considered "cheap", is normal price..cheap is 6-8.
