Bug in the Rank System

Whats with the rank system, everytime today i have tryed to go into the rank near me button it tells me there is this (nothing listed here) message popping up, what the heck is wrong with it, i always used to use that to find people to attack now i can`t even do that!!! Anyone else had this problem.

Save a working not in dp page as 1 of ure favorites u always have a working page that way

I sometimes have that problem when there is nobody out of DP near enough. Like if they are above a couple hundred thousand PR.

1700pr, but i used to be able to look at people outside this pr all the time, thats what i don`t get, its wierd.

This usually pops up a lot at around the 5k area. What power are you at?
