Changes made:

Hun-Xe pr lowered to 71k stats kept the same
G.Corundum no defense removed..
L.Emerald swiched over to be L.Topaz
New L.Emerald put in
feedback needed

depending on the turnout theres always the starbase and the hun xe etc that dont get used

Cause blazac, they have "lower hull" and "No Denefence". making them much less dangereus

can`t understand why the ships more commonly spammed by Guards would cost less , would make more damage

Eh, don`t blame me... wasn`t my idea to go ahead with implementation. I do not think the ships are ready yet. I have had two finals in the last two days, my last week has been a little stressful. I`ve barely managed to remember to maintain borders these past few weeks, let alone look at the forum.

As for changing, well, mara has access to changing the ships personally. I suppose he`s implementing these to get real feedback because bw and I have gone AWOL and are not working on it.

As long as we can reverse the changes (or modify then) then go for it. Not convinced about the Emeralf though.

deli was still trying to draw up figures for emi and topaz...

last thing was we had agreed that emi was too big to be a range 9 ship now ure implementing it >.< this is just a joke

lol TWU, you have forgotten that we had talked about that and if you look at it, emerald`s PR is actually dropped quite significantly.

lets jus get the ball rolling and see if the stat is really so unbalance... mara always can reverse all the guard ship back to original.. i think we wait long enough.. its time to get moving...

Michaelj i agree with ur suggestion.
L.Emerald Kentic Shield should remain -10 or -15
G.Corundum Mods look good
Ruby i will remain undecided on & probably would never come to a conclussion on but its nerf is long over due, just hope its not going to mess up guard to much.

i think the proposed changes good are except for 2 things.
1st emerald range 9 is too powerful. lower to 8 so it still kills capitals and yet destroyers can beat it.
2nd corundum should either have No Defense removed or have No Retaliation added
