Ship Balancing

so does this mean viral can now only grab ships from Terran and Miner. If so will you be adjusting the income modifiers of viral players....else they wont be able to afford the upkeep of these more expensive ships..or are there new viral ships coming..

Still not clear to me how this going to take place.

So this is the worst case scenario that I can think of:

Im nicely stacked at 30 mill on fast.
Then I disband everything

1. No fleet
2. No dp
3. No ships to build
4. Have to capture ships all over

Im guessing this is not the way its gonna happen?

Dream scenario:

1. Disband fleet
2. Gets 24 hr dp
3. Get 5 ships of the ships I want to RE
4. Get on with it

you can have one if ever you want a new shiplist permy , only 1 ofc.

but no you dont need a reset if you dont have any G or D class

for those of you who dont want a new shiplist / cant risk / stuborn / wish to waste my time / turnbased servers / w/e else in a month you wont be able to use the D class or G class so your at a disadvanatage , and i will force the reset on you at some stage from then , but ofc if i force you i have to compensate.

however i will hate you as it isnt easy and consumes ALOT of my time , more so than already.

I don`t have any G or D Class ships yet so does that mean I don`t need to be reset?

ah yea, same as arch is asking. I suppose Im getting the new ships that I want. I dont have to chase around like some monkey to get new pikes,,,right?

A question. When I drop, can I get some dp, or will I be left fleetless and without dp? Just checking?

does the viral reset apply to all ships or jsut the Mauauder ones, or just the d.class ones?

a.miner`s ships seriously need rethinking and major buff.. its essentially near impossible to win without a spam.. terrans are still ok...

would it be feasible for when the reset happens to give 5 of each of ships we already have (minus the G/D class) or is this too much work

how are virals on slower servers supposed to get ships while holding clusters?

isn`t this just forced-suicide?

Aleluia! now for the ship upkeep to be reduced and i might even consider to play viral again =P

1. May take a long time before i am fleetless, since i haven`t been within the last couple of months from now. So anytime from now and forth you can have your shiplist reset? Or do you put a timelimit on it?

2. Does this mean that in a month i will have to disband the D.class ships i have, and until that i can build and use it?

Kinda feel sorry for the bigger virals on turn based servers, esp omeg since it will be hard to get all those ships back with his planet count and base PR.

hmm, interesting development. Doesn`t affect me as collective too much since I rarely have the opportunity to capture D Class anyways from maru and i can`t capture any from virals.

So the preferred ship choices for virals to RE their ships are pike, pyth, and your choice of 3rd ship. Barracuda seems like a good 3rd choice, but i have no XP with maru or viral personally.

people found to be exploiting advntages this may bring such as being able to reverse More maru ships , will simply lose there empire.

in a months time i will be banning the use of D and G class , any viral found with these will be forced to lose them.
