Feedback on King?

I have to say the king`s very useful as guard.

Strafez build cost is high and build rate is low, and so it`s wonderful that not all my attacking strafez gets destroyed every single time I`m attacked.

It`s also a good option to building the horrendously-expensive and slow F-class.

It`s good that any mindless missile spam, with tyrs top won`t necessarily win any more.

There is a real fight on high pr with King and such...I`ve removed the defender fleet since i have no point of showing his name (btw im not bragging, just showing)

His range 8(same as queen) make it VERY usefull...in this fight at least, it got wiped after attacking (on AGG) no idea on low pr cause my base is 2.2 BUT at high pr with all the spamming and such, it will die as easy as queen. A nice anti cap ship. I love this King thingy:D

I doubt there are many, and if you build too much of a specialised stack your just going to be weak to alot of other stuff =(

Nah Maru my point was it just makes it easier for them to win spamming on careful...

And at DM, show me a stack that can win Ruby/King/Li attacking on careful, and in any order.

sol as i said the way it was explained it sounded like when you actually build it as a stack you had to build it first or it would delete what you had already not just to have it added to your ship list...kinda put me off using it if that was the case but its not so its all good

well that is true i guess, just an occasional thing from stephen wouldn`t hurt either to let us know he is at least alive :P

yes it attracts more paids so stephen makes more money and just goes off to spend more time doing nothing..... seems to be working atm, good job on the king ;)

Naboo if we gave you the ability to build king when you werent fleetless it would. so thats why you have to disband. =)

glad thats been explained because from the explanation i got it sounded like it would delete your built fleet.

Unfortunately taht isn`t within the power of admin atm. would be nice to have it just magically appear on everybody`s shiplist but for now we have to do it the manual low-tech way

I think with the addition of King, Guard balancing is even more of an issue. I bet every attack made on me by a Guard now will have King in the top 3 stacks and be on careful. You can guess what else they will use ;P GG

ya i havent had a chance to use King yet so dont see much difference....
