empire rewards

just an idea but how about this

each fed leader once a month can nominate one fed member for empire of the month, each member should be nominated based on how the leader feels they have progressed wether they are new or old.

in turn each of those members are turned into a qualified guide or admin and they will determin out of the bunch who is the one who stands out the most.

all nominated members should receive some reward and the one nominated for best advancement out of those should get a rather special reward.

this keeps the guees work out of the picture with a more practical way of choosing nominees with no way of being accused of anything

this is a good question, most players not in a fed seem to be older more established empires, either dodging fed war bonus or just dont feel like playing in a fed atm, almost all newer empires belong to a fed. maby this idea could promote more fed unity and activity.

Yeah but what if someone is not in a fed but deserves to win empire of the month?
