So what does having the ship named ship of the day do, other than having a nice banner.
Do the build rates, upkeep or something change?

Ye, if only the ship had a build rate like the brig and pinnace. The ship dies way to easy for it`s build rate on turn base.

Its on every page because Maraudian also needs the banner with the message to fed leaders.

And he cant have one on all the time and one intermitant. has to be same banner.
