That`s funny.... AFAIK the loose criteria of UW is loosing a fight below 500k PR or loosing when you have less than 3 colonies left.

the special missions refer to the kalzul artifact
basically after doing lots of research and projects stemming out of that first artifact, you end up with the UW
and in order to complete/ activate it, you have to go up against the whole server for 48 ours with only 1 hour dp, and you cant have your home/baseworld be attacked, nor lost, and you cant go below 1 mil power
