Why GC doesn`t use chat.

Training the UC Mods? Why would they be promoted to Mod without having sufficient experience/training to begin with?

it took me a few days to realise the chat was for both games to be honest

because the game is getting less and less interesting after a while and there are not enough newbies that bother to play it, or they simply quit once they notice how some people are allowed to play.

and now I am done with posting on these forums for quite a few days again. cheers peeps

back when i started as a guide you used to get 50 pms or so a day

now as an admin i dont even get 20 unless im having a convo with peeps

but even then it only takes like 5 mins * slaps sol

well... i get.. maybe 1 pm every other day then im condisending and sarcastic in forums and then i play the game pretending to know something about stacking..... trade?

i must easily get 8 PM`s a day depending on how long im online + forums to moderate + chat to moderate + help centre to do.

then i have to actually play the game.

well i do both games quite happily.
separating the chats is bad because GC isnt active enough for its own chat and many GC players can help UC players when guides are not around.

I think training the UC mods is the best option.

also it sucks to not get paid. but if we were paid we`d have all sorts of muppets applying for guide.

sol, or maybe seperate the games entirly seeing as a uc mod isnt a gc mod vice versa

The UC mod situation is currently being looked into as it does seem to be one or two of them taht are `trigger happy`. I suspect its more down to inexperience with GC players rather than a grudge.

I`m trying to make sure that no UC mods acton things against GC players since the rules for the two games differ slightly, instead they should always fetch a GC mod or someone who knows both games.

when you get silenced/ warning it should say what mod silenced and who reported so we have some sort of reference instead of reading the bots who type were looking into it

lol doublt they have money for it but they could just give em paids free

i think being a mod or a G should be a actual paying job. meaning some training has to be provided and payroll given (doesnt have to be much)...

i dont think they should be able to afect us if they dont even play gc

I would suggest that part of the reason for UC mods` frivolous silencings is lack of experience. Example: I`ve been a guide longer than several UC mods have played the game, and I`m still just a guide. In UC, people join the game, do something random, become guide and mod, all in less than a year...
