addjusting digging

i think scrap dig times and just make a general dig odd

for example
u have a 30% chance of getting a common
u have a 1% chance of getting an uncommon
u have a 0.05% chance of getting a rare
this way u incorperate all the differnt artifacts u can get and spread it out across the whole day giving every1 a fair chance at digging and making artis
i beleive this takes away an aspect of unfairness in the game as atm people who live in certain time zones have a much greater advantage than others who may have the dig times in the middle of the night....

i no the most basic problem is that stephen is needed to implement but lets just imagine for some magical reason he was here to do it, do u think its a good or bad idea.....????
