can someone tell me what the ratio of planets to pr is?
in uc your pr increases somewhere between 40-50pr per planet ( don`t remember the exact #) I was just wondering what the rate is here and are colony clusters the same pr as a single planet colony?

thnks
O Omegian
its always the planet PR Formula, the only time its skewed is when its a tax empire, huge pop/10 will make that pr skyrocket an empire. Look at Tax Asphas or Tax Guards with 20 mil population, thats alot of pr.

And yes normally a 5 planet cluster gives you around 5k pr.

awsome thanks guys... just so I`m clear it`s planet x1000 so if you cluster 5 planets that would be 5000 pr for that single colonie right?
and now I`m not sure which of you to mark as "this is the right answer" since you both helped (Omegian with a quick easy way to figure it and Eternus with the detailed explanation lol)
E Eternus
Planet PR: (pop / 10) + housing + commercial + mining + +agriculture + industry + ( planet x 1000 )

however a newly explored cluster will be at 1500PR (roughly)
O Omegian
For Each 1 planet is 1k pr.
