I can`t see ranks near me anymore, why?

arch afaik that only applys to the out of dp filter...
you can`t see rank near you if you are in newbie protection, and there are no people out of dp within 20 places of you (approx).

if its an error coming up , try a relog and the usual clearing of cookies ect
if your below NP( 5,000 ) or have no fleet, try entering the rank near me under Ranking at the top of your screen
that really all i can think of till you describe it better
