Yep, you read that right. Here goes balzac, the guy with maximum infra on ultra, going boom boom. A UW long in the making after a long empire life.

relax. Think of it as an old empire with nearly (or completely) maxed out research and tons of artifacts restarting back on your level again. This is one less big empire to worry about, and besides i`d rather he did it and won now than 2 months later and won and lose all that cash in the mean time. You lost a lot more in the first UW than the 2 that followed. And it`s not like that mineral shortage was going to go away any time soon anyways.

dunno, but with almost no minerals on the market, and cash already depleted as it is except for the tabbies, i think even fewer people will be capable of opposing.

Is this a retirement UW?
